Contemporary jazz

Val Suarez is an international contemporary movement choreographer and teacher. Val’s movement style is rooted in classical ballet technique, the dynamic energy of jazz dance, and the natural flow of contemporary dance. Val believes that dance is not just physical training but also a way to express emotions and connect with one’s inner voice. In class, the focus is more on how movement feels rather than just how it looks from the outside. Classes are taught in English!
