Floor barre

Floor barre, based on classical ballet, enhances movement fluidity and refines footwork and core control. The course is suitable for both experienced dancers and beginners. Exercises performed mainly on the floor strengthen, stretch, and improve body mobility. Please bring your own yoga/exercise mat!
