A calmly progressing ballet class that starts with a barre section (approx. 15-20 min) and continues with floor exercises that support ballet technique and sets that improve muscle condition.
The structure and contents of the lesson can be discussed with the group members.
The class is suitable for people aged 50+ who have practiced ballet before. Other dancers who want a calmer ballet lesson are also welcome.
