EnrollDance improvisation
In dance and movement improvisation class, we dance and move diversely in a playful and focused manner. Through different tasks, we explore presence, movement qualities, the ergonomy and articulation of movement, and the connection between sensations and moving. We search for a connection to our own bodies by combining the physicality of movement, the poetry of dance, and imagination. Classes are joint with adult classes.
