Our intensive Barre courses are divided into two parts: Barre & Stretch and Barre & Jumps. You can join both weeks or choose just one. Both courses are designed with enough recovery time between sessions. Each week includes three more challenging workouts and two recovery-focused sessions.
In the Barre & Stretch course, the last 20–30 minutes of each session (depending on the day) are dedicated to flexibility-enhancing stretches and mobility exercises. This course focuses on building both strength and length in the muscles. It will leave you standing tall, feeling flexible, and refreshed for the summer!
The Barre & Jumps course focuses on jump training to improve power, creating light and beautiful jumps that support dance practice. At the same time, it helps strengthen bones. The course aims to enhance balance, muscle elasticity, and power output. It is perfect for dancers of all levels looking to build strength, achieve more effortless jumps, and support bone health. Jump into summer with energy!
Equipment: Wear flexible clothing and either socks, bare feet, ballet slippers, or dance socks.
