Calmly progressing classes, with which you practice the quality of movement and technique characteristic of jazz dance. The classes work on coordination, strength, balance, mobility, separation of body parts, i.e. isolation technique, spins, different leg lifts and throws. In addition to basic technique training, classes include choreographic dance sequences.
The class is suitable for 50+ year olds who want a jazz dance class that progresses more calmly. Younger people who want a calmer progression are also welcome.
