Changing classes

You can change your class to another class during the semester by filling in the form below. In case the class you want to change to is full, the Student Office will contact you.

You can start attending the new class from the day you have informed the Student Office about the change. Your name will register to the attendance list from the beginning of a new period but you can attend your new class already and ask the teacher to write your name on the attendance list.

The change of class will be taken into account in the next invoice. If the price stays the same, we will not send you a new invoice for the ongoing period. In case you change to a less expensive class, we will not compensate the difference for already paid period or semester. However, the student can receive the difference in make up classes.
